Im a side sleeper, right or left side ALWAYS! I was worried about this pillow being a cube shape, threw me off. Ordered and Ive had the best sleep since I bought this, I wake up without back or neck pain and its wonderful. Only thing I would say, could be a bit thicker (I know, thats what she said). Love this pillow, love that the outer shell is washable too!

Bought this pillow a year ago for my husband. He loved it! He still uses it! Since I am scared of putting the material of the actual pillow into the washer too many times, I have put a pillow protector on top of the pillow then put the case over it then my actual pillow case for the bed sheets. I feel like it's a bit overkill BUT it has reduced the amount of time I have to wash the actual pillow and I just wash all the cases instead.

I have had this pillow for about two months now, and I am no longer waking up with neck or upper back pain. (Thank you!!!).
