Great if you have a shoulder pain!

I had complete shoulder replacement a year ago. Regular pillows made it uncomfortable on that side. I found this pillow to be supportive and can maintain good sleeping posture if I sleep on post surgery shoulder. I am a side sleeper and turn side to side, so this size is great. I am 5'9", and 12.7 cm is perfect. It keeps my right shoulder in better alignment than constantly fluffing to get perfect. Give it a try. Loved it on first night!
